“Cadet Hern has thoroughly impressed me with her total dedication to all aspects of law enforcement,” Chief Dadisho said. “It is rare these days to see a young lady so poised, polished and eager for new challenges.”
Among her many accomplishments this year, Cadet Hern
- Volunteered to work hundreds of hours as both a Cadet and Dispatcher Trainee
- A “quick study” who has easily grasped the complexities associated with being a Cadet and Dispatcher, she is 90-95% complete with both programs
- Has been an integral member of the team assembled to overhaul our Property and Evidence Program. Completed data entry into Excel databases for thousands of inventory items
- Assisted Field Training Officer Coordinator in the redesign of the Field Training Officer Manuals, once again proving her eagerness to help no matter what the task
